Academic & Scholarship Programs

"The Voice" scholarship is awarded yearly based on financial assistance, academic excellence, essay writings and is time sensitive as well as other committee criteria. The scholarship program has awarded the past 10 years a total of $222,350.00 for students to attend their chosen desired institution throughout the United States.

Tutorial Assistance Program

We offer tutorial assistance, parenting skills and financial management classes in Round Rock and neighboring communities.

TAP Classes are held every Tuesday from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM in the One Way Baptist Church Ministry Building located at 2111 Hairy Man Road Round Rock, TX 78681. 

Annual Christmas Family Night

This FREE event with fun activities, entertainment, carriage rides, refreshments and a grand entrance of Santa Claus. "The Voice", Inc. participates every year by providing activities such as the Cake Walk and Ring Toss.

This event takes place the first Friday in December in downtown Round Rock and it is co-sponsored with the City of Round Rock.

Annual Round Rock Juneteenth Rhythm and Ribs Festival

"The Voice", Inc. and the City of Round Rock Parks and Recreation Department have hosted this celebration in the city of Round Rock for the past 10 years. The festival consists of fun for the entire family, live music, carnival, health fair, BBQ cook-off, retail/food vendors, games and other fun filled activities.

This event takes place in June at Old Settler’s Park (Lakeview Pavilion)3300 E. Palm Valley Boulevard, Round Rock, TX 78664.

Helping Hands Ministry

Provides affordable counseling and referrals/resources to the community to enhance their quality of life.
